Description and Responsibilities:
Oversee the executive operations of all five locations.
Oversight of all dealership activities to ensure store profitability, performance and customer
service levels are achieved in all aspects of variable operations and fixed operations. Create and
recommend improved courses of action when necessary.
Implement and execute all company-wide marketing initiatives so as to maximize their
impact and to help meet or exceed sales goals.
Review reports prepared by branch managers and analyze sales activities, potential sales, and
performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to determine areas of cost
reduction and marketing program improvement.
Direct and implement strategic plans in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner.
Direct and approve inventory strategies, price policies, and discounts to ensure required
competitive level, cost recovery, and profitability expected by the Company.
Establish competitive seasonal sales campaigns targeting holidays and other special days or
events.
Supervise the development of new innovative marketing campaigns to increase the customer
base.
Oversee the Company"s product strategies, price policies, and discounts to ensure required
competitive level.
Manage integrated project plans to ensure successful financing offers for customers.
Oversee inventory procurement and review reports of company’s inventory stock position for
purpose of procurement.
Planning a weekly meeting to coordinate sales managers and purchasing management.
Ensure the quality and quantity control of the inventory.
Conduct site visit to assess the operations in accordance with the Company policies.
Develop reports and perform analysis as required.
Prepare and present periodic reports about the Company’s operational status to the president
of the Company.
Interview, recruit, hire, train and fire management, and supervise and oversee the recruitment,
training and firing of the department personnel. Set vacation periods, salary scales and

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Minimum 4 years of experience in management.
